بررسی وضعیت کودکان ساکن در زندان به همراه مادران زندانی

چکیده
وجود کودکان ساکن در زندان به­همراه مادران زندانی مشکلی است که می­تواند زمینه­ساز مشکلات بعدی شود. قوانین در جهان و ایران اجازه داده­اند برای کاهش آسیب­های روانی برای مادر و کودک این کودکان بتوانند مدتی را – 2تا 6 سال- در زندان و در کنار مادران خود زندگی کنند. اما آیا زندان می­تواند امکانات مناسب برای رشد این کودکان را فراهم نماید؟ کودکان تربیت شده در این مکان چه وضعیتی خواهند داشت؟ این تحقیق در قالب یک مطالعه کیفی و به شیوه­ی مصاحبه عمیق سعی دارد شرایط کودکان در زندان را بررسی نماید. نمونه­های مورد مصاحبه دو تن از مطلعین کلیدی هستند که با شرایط این کودکان از نزدیک آشنا بوده اند و 3 تن از مادرانی که در این شرایط زندگی کرده­اند. این کودکان از نظر شرایط زندگی شامل؛ غذا، وسایل رفاهی و بازی، وسایل آموزشی در وضعیت نامناسبی قرار دارند. تحقیقات نشان داده است عمدتاً این فرزندان دچار سرخوردگی و کمبود محبت شده و جذب گروه­های بیــرون از ساختــار خانواده می­شوند و در نهایت احتمال بیشتری وجود دارد که به انحراف کشیده شوند. کمترین کاری که می شود برای کودکان انجام داد و در قانون نیز پیش­بینی شده است تعبیه یک مهدکودک در زندان است که می­تواند تا حدودی بخشی از بار مشکلات را کم کند.

problem of the children that living in prison with their mothers cause another problems. For decreasing the psychological pathologies of the mother and the kid, the world laws and Iran s laws let to these children that live around 2-6 years with their mothers in prison. But, do the prison could offer suitable facilities for rising of these children? Which situation would have these children? This qualitative research using the deep interview tries to study the condition in prison children. The samples are two informed person who know the situation of these children and three mothers that were in prison with their kids. Life conditions like: food, the games, the training tools and the recreational facilities are not suitable for these children. The findings of this study shows that they lack enough love, attention and affection and have tendency toward the other groups than their family. The least work that could be done and anticipated in our laws is building a kindergarten for these children in the prison
